Brandon Joseph Bowden

Brandon Joseph Bowden, age 40, passed away on Friday, July 10th, 2020 at his home.  Brandon was the husband of Toni Denise Bowden.  They shared 10 years of marriage and four years of courtship together.
Born in Galveston, Texas, Brandon was the son of Albert J. Bernard and Sheila Bowden.  Brandon graduated from Oak Grove High School.  Brandon was employed at The City of Texas City for 16 years and worked in the Utility Department.
Brandon enjoyed all sports.  He will be remembered for being a loving, caring, happy person with a charming personality.
Brandon is survived by his wife, Toni Bowden; mothers, Sheila Bowden, Jacqueline Hoosier and Pamela Joseph; father, Wilfred Joseph; son, Ja’Quard Joseph; daughter, Alishea Joseph; grandchildren, Lillianna Joseph and Ja’Quard Joseph, Jr.; sisters, Shrita Ward, Markqurnet Williams, Tina Green, Wendy Walker and Valerie Joseph; brothers, Wilford Joseph III, Roderick Williams and Julius Walker; aunts, Gwen Lee and Lydia Bowden; uncles, Bruce Bowden and Gerald Lee and many of other loved ones.

Brandon was predeceased by his father, Albert J. Bernard; son, Dakota Bowden; brother, Alvin Green, Jr., uncle, Ronald Bowden and aunt, Sheila Bowden.
A private viewing will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. followed by a balloon release at Carver Park at 5:00 p.m.

Brandon, Your cool, loving personality, heart for others, and happy demeanor has brightened so many lives. Thank you for loving our sister the way you did and for being our brother.
