Ward Samuel Nesbitt, 33, of Texas City, Texas, went to Heaven on November 14, 2020 in Galveston, Texas.
A celebration of life will be held at Highland Bayou Park in La Marque, Texas on November 19, 2020.
Sam was born in Houston, Texas to Sandy Reyes on April 2, 1987. He attended school in the Galveston Independent School District and graduated from Ball High School in 2005. He was in a committed relationship of two years with Duell of Kennard, Texas. Sam was an avid fisherman and a flounder magnet. He loved his children and family. Although he had numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Each person had a special place in his heart.
Sam is preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Wenifred Sparks; grandmother, Ester Reyes; nephew, Jake Reid and brother, Jose Reyes, Jr.
Sam is survived by his children, Madison and Ward, Jr., both of Galveston and Molly of Port St. Lucie, Florida; siblings, Robert Reyes (and wife, April) of Galveston; Greg Reyes (and wife, Solangel) of Texas City, Texas, Elizabeth Nesbitt of Fort Worth, Texas, Kathryn Thompson (and husband, Heath) of Kennard and Jessica Wenze of Texas City; parents, Sandy Reyes (and fiancé, Anthony Wenze) of Texas City; dad, Jose Reyes of Texas City; grandmother, Mary Lowe of Crockett, Texas; granny, Marcia Wesley of Texas City along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
