Laquinta Monique Tiffany Frazier-Williams, 39, a New Orleans native and resident of Houston, Texas passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 at her home. She was the Wife of Willie (Peck) Williams. They shared 20 years together.
Ms. Williams’ memories will forever be cherished by Mr. Williams and a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Edward C. Frazier II and Marvel Ann Frazier.
She is survived by her Husband Willie (Peck) Williams, Sandra Frazier, her brothers, Armand Jitu Frazier Sr., Tiffany Ann Frazier (spouse) Edward C. Frazier III, Cherie Frazier (spouse) Ryan Walker her nieces and nephews- Armand Jitu Frazier Jr, Nadia Ann Frazier, Myles Logan Frazier, Taylor Simone Frazier, Autumn Nicole Hazel Frazier, Edward C. Frazier IV, Miguel Tovar, Antonio Tovar and a host of cousins and close friends spanning from New Orleans, Baton rouge, Georgia, Texas and surrounding areas.
