Stacie Boren of Jones Creek, Texas passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2021 at the age of 44. Her loss was sudden and her family is shocked and deeply saddened by her death.
Stacie was born on August 31, 1976 to Johnny and Michelle Boykin in Freeport, Texas. Stacie graduated from Sweeny High School. She had 3 sons: Aaron Solis, Austin Solis, and Derek Solis; She had 1 daughter: Jaycie Boren; and 3 step children: Zack Solis, Corey Boren, and Reighann Boren. Stacie had 3 siblings: Rhonda Wolf, Randi Schneider, and Ben Boykin. Stacie married the love of her life, Jason Boren in 2013.
Stacie was a very talented artist and writer. She loved books so much that she proudly published her first novel last year and was currently working very hard on a follow up to that novel. Stacie also spent time volunteering at her local 4H pistol shooting sports club as a coach.
Anyone who knew Stacie, knew how compassionate, caring, loving, patriotic and fervent she was. Stacie was a dedicated mother to all of her children, raising them to love and care for others as much as she did. Family came first, above all else to Stacie and she instilled this fierceness into all of her children. Stacie was especially proud of her son, Derek with his recently made commitment to the U.S. Army. The hole left by her absence is impossible to fill. Stacie’s family and friends will miss her more than words can say.
Contributions in memory can be made to Jones Creek 4H.
