Jim Darrell Brown Passed away on April 7, 2022 at HCA Houston Healthcare - Mainland in Texas City, Texas. Jim was born December 28, 1965 in La Marque, Texas. He was the son of "Peaches", Bernice Elizabeth Brown, Jr. and Jim Bolden. Jim attended Hitchcock High School. Jim was self-employed as a car detailer. Jim was known for his way of helping others. Jim will be remembered for his caring nature. Jim is survived by his mother, Bernice E. Brown, Jr.; his son, Clarence Batts and three grandchildren. Jim is predeceased by his father, Jim Bolden and grandparents, Bernice and Herman Matthews. Services will take place on Friday, April 22, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the chapel of Bay Area Funeral Directors located at 5410 FM 1765 (facing Highway 3) in Texas City, Texas 77591. 409-933-4300.
