Juan Fernando Lopez, Jr. 26, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 unexpectedly. He was born on March 16, 1994 in Galveston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy R. Roney, Isabel Lopez Roney, and Guadalupe Lopez. He is survived by his mother, Victoria Roney-Reyes; father, Juan Lopez; daughter, Jayley E. Lopez; grandfather, Francisco F. Lopez; brother, Omar A. Salazar; sister, Julissa Salazar; and girlfriend, Ashley Rojas. Juan was a loving soul who was just trying to find his path. He lived life one day at a time and had everyone laughing along the way. His memory will live on in the minds and hearts of everyone he interacted with, especially his mother and family. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 10:00am to 11:00am in the Chapel of Bay Area Funeral Directors, 5410 FM 1765 (facing Hwy 3), Texas City, TX 77591. Juan's Celebration of Life will follow at 11:00am. Interment will be at 1:30pm at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, 7301 Memorial St., Hitchcock, TX 77563.
