Kendrick Jamahl Milburn Obituary (1969 - 2023)

Kendrick J. Milburn 54, passed away on April 12th, 2023. He was the father of Attavia Milburn. Born in Lafayette, Louisiana he was the son of Jimmie Milburn Sr. and Sharon Milburn. Kendrick graduated from Sam Houston High school and was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. He was baptized on March 16,1969 in Opelousas, Louisiana. He enjoyed basketball, swimming, fishing, and track. Kendrick will be remembered for his laugh, his smile, and for being a showoff. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Milburn; sister, Tahiti; grandmother, Mary L. Milburn; and grandfather, Rodney Milburn Sr. He is survived by his daughter, Attavia Milburn; granddaughter, Malaya Milburn; father, Jimmie Milburn Sr.; brother, Jimmie Milburn Jr.; sister, Natasha; mother of his daughter, Tanisha Vanhorne; aunts; uncles; cousins; devoted friends, Toni and Michelle; and extended family.
